East Coast School of Ballet provides dance training to children of 3 years of age to adults.
Based in Malahide in North Dublin, we offer a wide variety of dance classes. Students can take part in our East Coast School of Ballet shows, demonstration days, performances and examinations.
Classes Offered
Pre-School Ballet
Ballet for aged 3 - 4.5yrs for boys and girls.
A great introduction to ballet, filled with stories, imagery, music and fun props to aid curious learning minds.
vocational levels
Intermediate Foundation-Advanced 2.
In-depth study of ballet for those wishing to further their knowledge and training of ballet to a higher level. Includes demi-pointe and pointe work training for those eligible.
pre-Primary & Primary Ballet
Ballet for aged 4/5yrs (Pre-Primary) and 6/7 yrs (Primary).
The first of the RAD Ballet syllabus. First exams in ballet optional.
jazz/contemporary
Fun-filled class with mix of jazz dance styles incorporating aspects of musical theatre, lyrical, contemporary & jazz.
grades 1-8 rad ballet
Students aged 8 upwards to late teens/young adults. Classical ballet syllabus developed by Royal Academy of Dance, London.
Examinations and Class Award opportunities.
adult classes
Classical Adult Ballet or Barre Fitness & Conditioning Classes available. Adult classes Mondays and Wednesdays 8-9pm.
